SEA Products offers advice based on many years of experience as well as our knowledge of new and future technology that may impact your business decisions. We will come to your location to review your existing processes and make recommendations for automating and streamlining your tasks for maximum efficiency. All recommendations are provided in a written proposal for client review and clarity, so that there are no surprises.
Equipment Sales
In order to assist our clients in all aspects of the automation process, we offer a full line of computer equipment. We do not, however, endorse any particular line of products. Our main concern is to meet client needs in a way that will be both cost-efficient and quality assured.
Equipment Setup
Once the equipment is purchased, either through us or another vendor, SEA Products will install and configure the equipment, testing thoroughly for operability.

Troubleshooting & Support
As we all know, things go wrong with computer equipment and software. SEA Products can be counted on to be available to resolve your problems quickly and efficiently. Often times, problems are resolved over the phone in one of two ways; we provide explicit directions to the client, patiently and thoroughly, or we dial in to the client's system and correct the problem ourselves. Whenever necessary, we go to the client site to address problems.
Training / Software Support
Now that you have all the necessary hardware and software, what do you do with it all? We understand just how intimidating all this new technology can be. And we all know just how useless it all is without confident and competent people to operate it all. SEA Products offers on-site training so that you can become knowledgeable, confident and eventually function as independently as possible. We offer training in equipment operation, off-the-shelf software like Microsoft Office and customized software which we have developed for your specific needs.
